Looking for a peaceful get away for you corporate event or team building retreat. With three homes on site sleeping 21 guest, and ample amount of acreage for camping the venue has so much to offer. We are only 35 minutes from Tyler and 1.5 hours from Dallas. Take advantage of our game room that features a shuffle board, a poker table, a pool table, an arcade game, and outdoor games like corn hole and horse shoes.
Special Occasions
From the cobblestone flooring to the handmade wood and metal rafters the beautiful barn is the perfect location for proms, parties, showers, etc. We also have a beautiful bridal suite that is perfect for smaller parties.
Lodging
The three homes on the ranch have been completely updated in 2023. All have new paint, new flooring, new bathrooms and kitchen remodels.

The Ranch House sleeps 13 and has 4 bathrooms and a large kitchen, dinning room, and large living room. It also has a sunroom overlooking the in ground pool.

The Pool House sleeps 2 and has a living room, bathroom, and bedroom. It is located behind the Ranch house next to the pool.

The Barn House sleeps 6 and has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.
